The main aim of Training and placement cell is to act as contact place and facilitator to arrange campus visits and conduct of recruitment process of the prospective employers for the purposeful placement of graduate and post graduate students of the college. The cell also seeks opportunities for the betterment of institute and industry interaction through participation in institute-industry -interaction programs and by inviting experts from the industry and related fields to deliver guest lectures on various aspects.

It is very significant for the students to be ably counseled and guided for their career options. The training and placement Cell of KCP is self-sustaining and focused, working incessantly to help the students in getting their dream jobs. The training and placement department works relentlessly towards the ultimate goal of students' employment across various pharmaceutical industries, or to help them begin a business venture in which they can achieve phenomenal success. The Placement Cell continuously striving for 100% training and placement of students in renowned and apposite organizations.

The College has very strong links with industry and continues to receive generous support from various organizations that proves to be of immense value in arranging training and placements for strengthening students' & personal skills. KCP Placement Cell prepares a strategy for its students for training & placement with the primary aim to find a suitable & lucrative job in reputed companies. The placement cell has an excellent placement record and most of the students have their careers started out well before they complete graduation. Students are placed in leading companies like, Ranbaxy, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Torrent, Dr. Reddy's Labs, Zydus, Eli-Lilly India Ltd, Pasteur India Ltd, Cipla, Accenture, and Apollo Hospitals etc. Besides this, every student is also provided an opportunity to opt for a dream company, even though he/ she may have already been selected by another company.
